We are gathering local leaders who value our city and the people who make it so special. Please join us to learn more!

Speakers
AJ Watson has strong professional roots in operational growth and value generation, in addition to extensive consultative experience that has driven effective product strategy and management for companies. His professional mission entails ensuring products, technology, and go-to-market decisions work seamlessly together to deliver the greatest market impact.
Prior to joining Intelerad, AJ worked with numerous software companies ranging from early stage startups, to Fortune 50 enterprises. He most recently served as the General Manager and Chief Growth Officer at Thinktiv, a technology-focused innovation firm. In that role, he created Thinktiv’s transaction advisory practice, which helped investors purchase more than 80 companies representing over $20 billion in enterprise value. Chris grew up in the Northeast and began working for his parents at a very young age. He has always been a risk-taker with a passion to employ his community. Today he currently owns a variety of small businesses based out of Austin, TX and Machiasport, ME. With over 25 years of experience owning and operating businesses, he has dealt with a diverse group of people from clients to employees to competition.
All this experience has taught him that relationships matter, people matter. Guilt and shame are the chains that bind us to bad behavior and lead to isolation. Chris believes that when we walk in vulnerability and empathy, we can find our way towards a relationship. The beauty of culture when people gather together should be celebrated and cultivated, not ignored.
